It All Comes Down to Origin

Nothing affects the quality of meat as much as its origin. We source our meat from three farmers—Henning, Andreas, and Christoph—who are known for raising their animals in open barns in a species-appropriate manner and treating them well. The pigs are slaughtered in accordance with all applicable standards and certifications at Brand, the regional slaughterhouse we trust.It’s particularly worth noting that the animals are fed a high-quality diet, including barley, wheat, soy, and oats. In addition, Brand uses hay, corn, silage, and straw as feed and enrichment material.
