Lastenrad Auguste

At "Börjes American Bikes," you can borrow the "Auguste" cargo bike for free for up to three days a week or over the weekend and explore the region.
The cargo bike has two seat belts in the front, so children can ride along too.
Booking and registration are only available through the “Ostfriesen-Fiets” website!

The cargo bike can then be picked up during business hours at "Börjes American Bikes."

Please note that …

… pickup and return are only possible during business hours:
    Mon–Fri: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.,
    Sat: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.     

• … transporting animals is not permitted.
• …persons aged 14 and older are not permitted to ride in the transport box.
• …the bike’s roadworthiness must be checked before starting the ride.
• …the maximum weight of 250 KG, including the rider and the bike, must not be exceeded.
• …the bicycle must be locked to a fixed object using the chain lock whenever possible to adequately secure it against theft.
• …the user must maintain personal liability insurance to cover liability arising from the rental. The user is liable for damage to or loss of the bicycle or its parts, including keys and locks.
• … the charger, user manual, chain lock, and/or rain cover will be provided to you.
• … the e-cargo bike is handed over fully charged.
• … any defects or damage must be reported immediately.
• … you must clean the e-cargo bike yourself after use.
