Die Wandelhalle wurde im Jahr 2020 vom bundesweit einheitlichen Kennzeichnungs- und Zertifizierungssystem „Reisen für Alle“ durch einen geschulten Erheber erneut geprüft und rezertifiziert. Das System steht für detaillierte und geprüfte Informationen im Bereich Barrierefreiheit.
Die gesamte Wandelhalle, inklusive Foyer und Saal, ist weitgehend barrierefrei gestaltet und über eine Rampe auch barrierefrei zugänglich. Vor dem Gebäude stehen zwei Parkplätze für Menschen mit Behinderung zur Verfügung.
Öffentliche Sanitäranlagen für Menschen mit Behinderung sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Darüber hinaus steht in der Wandelhalle freies W-LAN zur Verfügung.
