Varied circular hiking trail that leads over the Linsweger Esch and through the forest.

Those who need parking start the route at the district office of the Ammerland district, where a bridge crosses the Große Süderbäke and the hike immediately begins by turning left, following the course of the stream.

From Hotel Sonnenhof, the route goes along Langebrügger Straße and initially through the village of Hüllstede. Then the route passes an industrial area, but nature is still very close along the course of the Hüllsteder Wasserzug. Before entering the open area of the Linsweger Esch, it passes the private garden of the Ohliger family, which can be visited by prior arrangement (04488 71935) and on open garden days. A viewing tower here offers a view of the Esch and the beekeeping in the garden. The route continues on the Linsweger Esch with a wide view over the landscape. Later, you enter a light forest in the Garnholter Busch, where the sound of the stream can be heard clearly. Here, it is evident that the landscape was shaped by the Ice Age. Afterwards, the route leads through a tree nursery area until it finally returns to Hotel Sonnenhof via a traditional clinker brick road with a tree-lined avenue. From there, the route returns to the parking lot at the district office.
