Use for village or club purposes always takes priority , and we ask that you, as a guest and RV traveler, be considerate of the users of the adjacent clubhouse and the surrounding area. 
This location is a lively area and serves as a venue for festivities in the surrounding spaces. The site is used by local (civic) associations, fire departments, and sports clubs for meetings and events. Therefore, it may get noisy from time to time. Events always take precedence. The municipality of Apen has granted the local permanent users and leaseholders of the village community the right to enforce house rules. Peaceful coexistence is a prerequisite for using the parking area. In case of doubt or dispute, the RV traveler must vacate the area immediately.

The Apen municipality’s bylaws regarding the use of RV parking spaces also apply to the “Wohnmobilpause” area. With regard to utility and waste disposal regulations, local conditions must be taken into account individually for each space.
