Stahlwerk Augustfehn GmbH & Co. KG
The Augustfehn AG steelworks, founded in 1872, has been operating without interruption to this day. The twin steam engine from 1911 is in working order and can be viewed. It was delivered by Buckau (Magdeburg) in 1911. The steelworks was taken over by Buckau-Wolf in 1923 and has been privately owned since 1975. Guided tours are possible on request.
