Rostrup is a district of Bad Zwischenahn and is located west of the Zwischenahner Meer. From our holiday apartments to the lake, it is about 1000 meters. Bad Zwischenahn is 2 km away.
In 2002, Rostrup hosted the State Garden Show. This led to the establishment of the Niedersachsen Garden Culture Center - Park of Gardens - in 2003.
Very nearby (400 m) are an Edeka store and a bakery.
Our two holiday apartments are in an original Ammerland farmhouse.
Each apartment is approximately 50 sqm in size (upper floor).
The thatched roof was completely renewed in the spring of 1998 and converted into holiday apartments. A former agricultural yard has become a tree nursery. Of course, you can visit our operation and purchase plants if needed. We produce container plants as well as field goods. This includes conifers, ornamental shrubs, hedge plants, rhododendrons, heather, and blooming spring roses in pots.
For our guests, we have created a large farmhouse garden with roses and perennials. There are seating arrangements and loungers on the lawns.
